0.5% Bump – Dec 30, 2011 
Increase to be included in the 2011 wage schedule. (No Retroactivity paid on this o.5% wage increase)
2012 – “Me Too” – Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby (CoR offer July 11, 2012)
2013 – “Me Too” – Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby (CoR offer July 11, 2012)
103% - 10th Yr Rate – Effective date of ratification
2.33 Pension, employer left over surplus funding (.56%), will be shared equally by all employees and employer (.28% per side)
Long Service Leave to be taken within 5 years of receipt
All agreed upon items in developing MOA and LOA’s
All benefits offered in the City’s last offer
Employer’s option to initiate IME after an employee is away 6 months (joint agreement on provider - employer/union)
Limit on elevating 2 members from the pool to 3 members
At the Employee’s option, buyout Statutory Holidays once earned, up to a maximum of 35 people. Follow process as outlined in CoR proposal July 11, 2012
CRO reporting relationship to be taken out of the CA, supplement incumbent earnings effective Jan1, 2012 through 2016 in the amount of $2000 annually
No Gratuity accrual on long term sick leave
Extended Health Benefits – deductible increase to $75.00

Full retroactive payment will be made within 60 days of ratification, and will include all active and members who have retired during the terms of this agreement.
